Merry Christmas from London!
Merry Christmas from London!
The Lord graciously allowed me to spend time in London with Downham Baptist Church from December 1–11, and what a blessing it has been! I am especially grateful for the opportunity to be with the church family for two Sundays and two midweek services.
During my visit, I had the privilege of meeting with many church members and individuals who have been attending the church for some time. It is clear that God is at work at Downham Baptist Church, and our hearts are eagerly looking forward to returning in February to minister alongside them.
One unique aspect of this trip was balancing my bivocational work with ministry. I worked my job remotely from 9 AM to 5 PM London time, a shift that corresponds with my usual 4 AM to 12 PM schedule in the U.S. Initially, I wasn’t sure how I would adjust, but I found that I welcomed the change. The schedule worked well, and it allowed me to be fully engaged both with work and with ministry opportunities throughout the trip.
While this time in London has been refreshing and encouraging, I am now ready to reunite with my family and share with them all that God has done during this visit. There’s nothing like being home for the Christmas season, and I am eager to enjoy this special time with my loved ones.
We are continually amazed by the Lord’s faithfulness as He opens doors for the ministry here in London. Thank you for your continued prayers and support!
Merry Christmas, and may the Lord bless you richly this season.
In Christ,
